1Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "slost8," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the slost8 platform, its operators, and its affiliated entities responsible for operating the online gaming services at slost8.net.
• "Platform" means the slost8 website at slost8.net, including all associated games, features, cashier functions, and support services accessible through any device or browser.
• "User," "Player," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, browses, registers on, or otherwise uses the slost8 Platform.
• "Account" means the registered player account created on the slost8 Platform following successful completion of the registration process.
• "Real Money Balance" refers to actual PHP (Philippine Peso) funds deposited by the Player into their slost8 Account wallet.
• "Bonus Balance" refers to any promotional credits, free bet amounts, free spins equivalents, or other non-cash incentives credited to a Player's account as part of a promotion.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by slost8 in compliance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering and gaming regulations.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government body that regulates gaming activities in the Philippines.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus Balance must be wagered before it or any winnings derived from it may be converted to withdrawable funds.

2Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the slost8 Platform — whether by browsing the website, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the slost8 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the slost8 Platform and, if applicable, close your account in accordance with the Account Suspension and Closure provisions set out in Section 11 below.

slost8 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

3Eligibility & Age Requirement

To be eligible to register and use the slost8 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is legally permitted.
• You are not accessing the Platform in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by local law.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of slost8 or any of its affiliated entities, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You have not previously been excluded, self-excluded, or banned from the slost8 Platform or any other gaming platform operated by slost8's affiliated entities.
• You are not acting on behalf of another person or entity in registering your account or placing wagers.

slost8 reserves the right to request proof of age and eligibility at any time. Accounts where eligibility is in question will be suspended pending verification. Any winnings accumulated on an ineligible account may be forfeited.

4Account Registration

4.1 Registration Process

To access real-money games and features on slost8, you must register a Player Account by providing accurate, complete, and current personal information as requested during the registration process. You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change.

4.2 One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) Player Account on slost8 at any given time. Registering or operating multiple accounts — under your own name, a variation of your name, or any alias — is a serious breach of these Terms. slost8 employs automated and manual detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Any duplicate accounts discovered will be permanently suspended, and any associated balances or winnings will be forfeited.

4.3 Account Accuracy

You warrant that all information provided during registration is truthful, accurate, and complete. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information — including a false date of birth — is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where required by law.

4.4 Account Credentials

Your username and password are personal to you and must not be shared with any third party. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account. slost8 will treat any login using your credentials as authorised activity by you. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact slost8 customer support immediately.

5Identity Verification (KYC)

In accordance with Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) requirements and PAGCOR guidelines, slost8 is required to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawals and, in certain cases, prior to allowing continued gameplay above specified thresholds.

5.1 Required Documents

You may be required to submit one or more of the following Philippine government-issued documents:

• Philippine National ID (PhilSys ID)
• Passport (Philippine or foreign, where applicable)
• Driver's License issued by the LTO
• SSS, GSIS, or UMID card
• Voter's ID or Voter's Certification
• PRC Professional Regulation Commission ID

Additionally, slost8 may request proof of address (e.g., utility bill, bank statement dated within 90 days) and, for withdrawals above certain thresholds, proof of source of funds.

5.2 Withdrawal Hold

Withdrawal requests will be placed on hold until KYC verification is successfully completed. slost8 will endeavour to process KYC reviews within 3 to 5 business days of receiving all required documentation. slost8 will not be liable for any delay in withdrawals resulting from incomplete or inaccurate KYC submissions.

6Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

slost8 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), GrabPay, BPI Online, BDO Online, Metrobank Online, InstaPay, PesoNet, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP).

6.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum single deposit amount on slost8 is ₱100. Deposits below this threshold will not be processed. slost8 reserves the right to adjust minimum deposit thresholds at its discretion, with notice provided on the relevant cashier page.

6.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests to GCash and Maya wallets are typically processed within minutes following approval. Bank transfer withdrawals via BPI, BDO, or Metrobank may take 1 to 3 banking days depending on the receiving institution. slost8 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal it deems unusual or high-risk.

6.4 Prohibited Funding Sources

You must only deposit funds that belong to you and originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or using payment methods belonging to third parties, is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and potential reporting to relevant authorities.

6.5 Currency

All account balances, deposits, withdrawals, wagers, and winnings on slost8 are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). slost8 does not currently accept foreign currency deposits. Any currency conversion costs arising from the use of foreign-denominated payment instruments are the sole responsibility of the Player.

7Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Conditions

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by slost8 are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated on the relevant promotion page:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered Players who have completed the required opt-in steps.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per Player, household, IP address, device, or payment method, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds are credited to a separate Bonus Balance and cannot be withdrawn directly. Only winnings that exceed the applicable wagering requirement may be transferred to a withdrawable Real Money Balance.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time period specified on the promotion page. Bonus funds that expire before wagering requirements are met will be forfeited without notice.
• slost8 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time, with or without prior notice, where there is evidence of abuse or where technical errors have occurred.

7.2 Bonus Abuse

slost8 maintains active monitoring for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: bonus scalping, multi-accounting for bonus collection, coordinated wagering strategies designed to reduce risk on bonus funds, and exploitation of promotional errors. Any account found to be engaged in bonus abuse will be suspended and associated winnings forfeited.

7.3 Welcome Bonus

The slost8 Welcome Bonus is available to new Players on their first qualifying deposit. Full terms, eligible games, wagering requirements, and expiry periods are detailed on the promotions page. The Welcome Bonus cannot be combined with any other offer unless explicitly stated.

8Gameplay Rules

8.1 Game Integrity

All games available on the slost8 Platform — including slots, live casino table games, bingo, and sports betting — operate using certified random number generators (RNGs) or live-streamed from verified studios with real-time monitoring. slost8 is committed to fair play and does not manipulate game outcomes.

8.2 Malfunction Policy

In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or communication failure during a game round, slost8 reserves the right to void the affected wager and refund the stake to the Player's Real Money Balance. slost8 will not be liable for any loss of potential winnings resulting from a documented game malfunction.

8.3 Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting markets on slost8, including PBA, NBA, international football, boxing, and UFC, are governed by the specific sports betting rules published in the sportsbook section of the Platform. In the event of ambiguity, slost8's interpretation of the applicable sporting rules shall be final and binding.

8.4 Bet Settlement

slost8 reserves the right to void, suspend, or delay settlement of any wager pending investigation where there is reasonable suspicion of match-fixing, insider information, or other integrity-related concerns. Final settlement decisions made by slost8 following completed investigation shall be binding.

9Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the slost8 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and/or referral to law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one Player Account on the Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or KYC.
• Using the Platform while under the age of 21.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or its games.
• Engaging in collusion, chip-dumping, or any form of coordinated cheating in multiplayer games.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through such exploitation will be forfeited.
• Money laundering or using the Platform in connection with any illegal financial activity.
• Depositing or withdrawing funds on behalf of a third party.
• Engaging in bonus abuse, including multi-accounting or systematic low-risk wagering on bonus balances.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise access the Platform's systems in an unauthorised manner.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing slost8 staff or other Players via any communication channel.

10Responsible Gaming

slost8 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices among all Filipino players. We recognise that while the vast majority of players enjoy our platform as a form of entertainment, gambling can become problematic for some individuals.

slost8 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered Players, accessible via the Account Settings section:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to control your spending.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure automatic alerts to notify you when you have been playing for a specified duration.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary (30, 60, or 90 days) or permanent self-exclusion from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: Enable periodic pop-up notifications during gameplay displaying your session duration and net win/loss position.
• Account Cooling-Off Period: Take a short break from the Platform for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days without permanently closing your account.

11Account Suspension & Closure

11.1 Suspension by slost8

slost8 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, where it reasonably determines that any of the following apply:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent, unlawful, or abusive activity.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months (dormant account policy applies — see below).
• Instruction from a regulatory authority, law enforcement agency, or court order.

11.2 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request closure of your slost8 account at any time by contacting customer support. Prior to account closure, any remaining Real Money Balance (after deduction of applicable bonuses that have not met wagering requirements) will be refunded to your registered payment method, subject to completed KYC verification.

11.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive months of no login activity. slost8 will notify you via your registered email address before applying any dormancy fee. A monthly dormancy administration fee of ₱100 (or the remaining balance, whichever is lower) will apply to dormant accounts until the balance is exhausted or the account is reactivated by logging in.

12Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, slost8 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the slost8 Platform.

slost8's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

slost8 does not warrant or represent that:

• The Platform will be available on an uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure basis at all times.
• Any defects or errors in the Platform's software will be corrected within any specific timeframe.
• The Platform and its servers are free from viruses or other harmful components (though we take reasonable measures to ensure security).

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit slost8's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Philippine law.

13Intellectual Property

All content on the slost8 Platform — including but not limited to the slost8 brand name, logo, game graphics, website design, promotional materials, written content, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of slost8 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the slost8 Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, or create derivative works from any slost8 content without prior written authorisation.

14Privacy & Data Protection

slost8 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and the implementing rules of the National Privacy Commission. The manner in which we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information is described in full in the slost8 Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference.

By registering on slost8, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including the sharing of data with PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), and other regulatory bodies as required by Philippine law.

15Amendments to These Terms

slost8 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, slost8 will provide advance notice via email to your registered address and/or a prominent notice on the Platform homepage. Non-material changes may take effect immediately upon publication.

Your continued use of the slost8 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure as described in Section 11.2.

16Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles. The operations of slost8 are subject to PAGCOR's regulatory framework.

In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the slost8 Platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting slost8 customer support. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, either party may pursue resolution through the appropriate Philippine courts of competent jurisdiction.

For disputes relating to gaming fairness or regulatory matters, you may also escalate to PAGCOR through its official dispute resolution channels.
